What is Tesla Residence?
TESLA Residence is a modern accommodation complex in Subotica, Serbia, consisting of 24 fully self-catering apartments, designed for both short and extended stays. The property can accommodate up to 102 guests.
It is an ideal choice for business teams, sports groups, families, and remote workers. Guests enjoy fully equipped apartments, smart keyless access, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site EV charging stations, and a private wellness area.
The self-catering apartments allow guests to enjoy the comfort and flexibility of their own space, whether staying for a few days or a longer period, while maintaining their preferred daily routine.
When are the quiet hours?
To ensure a restful stay and a good night's sleep for all guests, quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Are parties allowed?
No. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No, all apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in the designated areas in front of the building and on the balcony, provided the balcony door remains closed. Ashtrays are available in all designated smoking areas.
Is a high chair available?
Yes, a high chair is available in our family apartments.
Can I request a baby cot?
Yes, we can provide a baby cot upon prior request. Please note that availability is limited.
Is there a reception on site?
No, there is no traditional reception. TESLA Residence is a smart hotel where everything is managed online through a mobile-based system. However, our team is available by phone or message, and if needed, we can also come to the property to provide assistance.
EV charging
Is there an EV charging station on-site? What types of chargers are available? Is there a fee?
Yes. Our on-site electric vehicle charging stations are available 24/7. We offer two 11 kW chargers and one 22 kW charger.
Guests arriving with an electric vehicle are kindly requested to inform us of their charging needs in advance. Charging is available for an additional fee, charged at a fixed rate regardless of the number of kWh consumed. Separate rates apply to fully electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
Wi-Fi & connectivity
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
500 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, plus 1 Gbps wired LAN ports in every apartment. Suitable for HD video calls, large file uploads, cloud development environments, and 4K streaming on multiple devices simultaneously.
What if I don't have mobile internet access in the country?
No problem. The TESLA Residence Wi-Fi network is available in and around the building, and we will send you the login details and password in advance. This allows you to connect to the internet easily upon arrival, even if you do not have a local mobile data plan.
An internet connection is required to use the online key, and the TESLA Residence Wi-Fi network provides this connection, allowing you to open the building entrance and your apartment door conveniently using your mobile phone.
Parking
Is parking included with my stay?
Yes, parking for one vehicle per apartment is included in the rate. Guests can choose between a secure, camera-monitored outdoor parking space and an underground garage space. Both are accessible 24/7 through the same mobile application used for check-in.
Additional public parking spaces are also available next to the building and in the surrounding area.
Wellness
Can I book the wellness area?
Yes. Our private wellness area, featuring a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, and comfortable relaxation loungers, can be reserved in exclusive 90-minute sessions for groups of up to 8 people.
Reservations can be made easily via message. During your booked time slot, the wellness area is reserved exclusively for you and your group, ensuring complete privacy and uninterrupted relaxation without other guests present.
Where is the wellness area located?
The wellness area is not located inside the apartments. It is a separate facility within the building, designed exclusively for relaxation and wellness. Guests can enjoy the wellness area through advance reservation, ensuring a private and comfortable experience.
Is the wellness area included in the apartment price?
No, access to the wellness area is not included in the apartment rate and is available as an additional service. Our private wellness area (featuring a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, and relaxation area) can be reserved in advance and is subject to an additional fee.
Check-in & check-out
How does check-in work?
Fully contactless 24/7 mobile check-in — no keys, reception, or waiting required.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive an online key and an access code via message. The same mobile application allows you to open the building entrance, your apartment door, and the parking gate, making your stay simple, convenient, and completely contactless.
What is an online key?
An online key is a secure link that we send to our guests on the day of arrival. By opening the link on your mobile phone, you can easily unlock both the apartment and building doors. No app download or registration is required—simply open the link on your smartphone to access the property.
What if I arrive late at night?
No problem. Thanks to our online access system, you can check in at any time, regardless of your arrival time.
When do I need to check out? Can I request a late check-out?
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Yes, late check-out can be arranged upon prior request, subject to availability, and an additional fee may apply.
What time can I check in? Is early check-in available?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Yes, early check-in can be arranged upon prior request, subject to availability, and an additional fee may apply.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the property.

We're at Šantićeva 7, 24000 Subotica — a quiet residential street, walking distance to the city centre (~10 min on foot). Within easy reach: Subotica train station, the main square with its famous Art Nouveau architecture, restaurants and cafés, supermarkets, gyms, and Palić Lake (~7 km, popular for wellness and dining).
